Mixed - Project Manager Epic Employee Review

Transparency between leadership and employees is very very bad. You don't know what is coming until it's already happened and get told about it after the fact. Little work/life balance with the expectation to work a lot of hours, remote work policy makes it so only very few people get a day to rarely work remotely (max 1 day/month). Overall it's a large corporation dedicated to it's customers and that means asking a lot out of employees without regards to their life or happiness. Because they're a large corporation, employees don't get their voices heard which is unfortunate.
