      Pros

      Epic was a pretty decent job right out of college. The pay was good and the training was probably more than what other companies would have given me.

      Cons

      The hours are long, the the people in IS are very cliquey. I rarely received any useful feedback from my team leader. Reviews are based solely on what the team leader has heard from others rather than an actual knowledge of the quality of your work.
