Cons
Executive staff are often out of touch with employee concerns, especially during the recent COVID crisis, although they did eventually come around. Abysmal vacation/time off. Sabbatical once every 5 years, but beyond that never more than 3 weeks per year, regardless of tenure. Terrible work life balance. If you try to work just 40 hours a week expect a conversation with your supervisor.
