      Pay was good Beautiful campus Had my own office

      I was constantly micromanaged My performance reviews were great until suddenly they were poor with little explanation Transparency is non-existent You will feel like a cog in the machine Epic has an irrational dislike of allowing anyone to work from home

      Young. Parental leave isn’t great. Limited remote work. Required travel.
