      Pros

      - High pay in a low COL area - Get to work with pretty talented people - At the top of their industry

      Cons

      - The tech stack they use is very bespoke, and development in it doesn't really reflect what web development is like in the rest of the industry. - Development can be slow and tedious - Upper Management is a black box, and very old. Their response to the covid crisis was really poor, and partly that was because of how out of touch management is.

      Young. Parental leave isn’t great. Limited remote work. Required travel.
