Pros

Food is incredible, lots of travel, salary is very competitive for recent grads without STEM degrees. Engaging work that felt like making a real difference.

Cons

The amount of work is very misleading going in. Work trips would have you and coworkers in the hotel lobby working till 8 or 9 every night, on top of long nights and home and at the office. Feedback culture can be very misguided, people submitting online feedback for the smallest of things because of push to submit tons and tons of it every month. Covid-19 response felt poor and patronizing, having staff Dr's referred to as "real doctors" in downplaying the pandemic in early March. Upper management felt out of touch the entire time, especially with the hesitation to work from home. Work from home shouldn't be controversial. Culture despite what is told is fairly non-existant.
