You will get great experience in an important field, and work with talented, engaging people. You will learn to be effective as a project manager, even if you start with no experience.
Cons
Stars rise and fall quickly here; sometimes being on the right project or working with the right people is everything in the short run. Eventually, all works itself out, but feedback stains can take time to wash out if you end up in a situation that went beyond your control due to Epic's strategy you were forced to follow.
