Pros
There are a lot of pros to working at Epic; Frankly, there are too many to list out in a simple glassdoor review, but here are some of my favorites: - Incredible co-workers; even the folks who struggle here would excel at other companies - Your work and advice directly affects patient care - the food is AMAZING and absurdly cheap - you can jump into virtually any area you're interested in, allowing you to branch out and explore areas you find cool
Cons
Full disclosure, there are lots of great parts to Epic, but there are also plenty of downsides: - there are times when you will need to work, A LOT - Some customers are really tough and Epic will just expect you to put up with it - even if you're miserable working with them - More recently, Epic has been a little strict with some perks (particularly around travel and working from home)
