      they invest in your development. great opportunity for resume worthy visible projects

      Cons

      promoting lots of young (2-3 yrs professional experience) talent to management means that you risk getting stepping on a landmine with your manager. Most are great. Some are truly terrible and there isn't a good oversight at the corporate level to ensure you don't get screwed over
