Pros
Tremendous skill-building immediately. Direct exposure to client-side work. High autonomy. Ability to find own projects, only in addition to your other work. Plenty of interesting projects. Good campus and cafeteria.
Cons
Extreme ambiguity with work at times. Technical knowledge acquired largely not useful. Terrible work/life balance. Very few good managers. Exhausting travel, especially as employees get more tenured. Constant expectations to work extra hours to help out other projects. Unclear signals about who's promoted or fired and why.
