      Epic is arguably the best paying company in Madison.

      Cons

      As an implementer, you will be working long hours (~60 a week, although it depends on your situation), and traveling frequently. Don't expect <50% travel.

      Young. Parental leave isn’t great. Limited remote work. Required travel.
