Pros
Great pay, fairly easy work. Software developers can always choose to have their own office. Very little supervision for those who like to just chug away at code all day.
Cons
Not a very good support system, I had trouble getting in contact with anyone who knew how certain modules were supposed to work, often bug reports are ambiguous. Training is too long and broad for what you'll be working on when you first start. Most of what you use there will be skills that can be utilized in a future job search. Huge corporate environment, lots of paperwork and very little actual development.
