Pros
very challenging work place, it makes it difficult to stop working. Something that will feel like your worthwhile. always room for improvement while minimizing mistakes.
Cons
individually competitive, difficult to communicate in larger scale, but they have make effort to become more efficient and effective in communications. which is not really a con at all
