Pros

- great cafeterias - looks good on resume. i got a job immediately after quitting

Cons

- work life balance is nonexistent - toxic culture (TL only exists so that there's a person who can validate your anxiety and then dump more work on your plate) - dull work, just too much of it for one person. super boring just a cog in the machine. didn't use my brain at all - pay looks good til you realize you're working 60 hour weeks with no overtime - weird cult following around Judy despite her connection with questionable people who she name drops all the time - integration with AI for PMs is surface level. role will probably be gone/cut in half in a year or 2

Pros

Impact: You are part of creating systemic level change for healthcare organizations. You get to be on site and work directly with providers and see how these changes impact their communities. People: Extremely smart and capable. I feel like I can rely on my team in a way I haven't at previous employers. New hires are entry level, so there's a strong community for people in a similar stage of life. Culture: Quirky but in a real, unique way. People are collaborative and celebrate shared accomplishments. The campus enshrines a very specific (and fun!) vibe. Location: Madison is awesome. Benefits: The health insurance is unparalleled. Sabbatical is a super cool perk too. Growth: A lot of autonomy and responsibility allows people to rise to the challenge. Stability: Solid industry, no lay-offs.

Cons

Remote work flexibility: 5 days a year
