      No job security! Very poorly run if you are a basic employee, never seen a company hire and fire people so fast.

      Great pay Cessna's maintained very well Constant student load Regular Raises Bonus for completions Vacation and Insurance Contracted MEI training for some 141 training

      Cons

      Multi Program is a little to big for the equipment we have (Not enough Aircraft Maintenance has its good days and bad days, but thats flight instructing for you
