      Receive a lot of feedback Open Door Policy Great Benefits Cross Training Family Centered company that truly cares about their employees Processes in place which takes the out the guess work PTO rolls over Fast Paced, never run out of things to do. Monthly staff lunches They recognize how important family/down time is.

      Pros

      It was really laid back, lots of friendly and approachable coworkers on my team. Pay was good.

      Cons

      Management was shuffled and things turned into micromanagement where we could only do things pre written on the intranet. If we tried to deviate we were questioned and eventually terminated even though we had the technical knowledge to operate without a script. Remote work turned towards needing to report to a physical office.
