Pros

Will shove attractive women to the front of all social media and recruitment process to get you through the door

Cons

I worked here for just over a week and chose to leave because the reality of the job was completely different from what was sold during the recruitment process. From the start, there was an expectation to work around 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. When I asked reasonable questions to understand those expectations, I wasn’t given constructive answers. Instead, I was made to feel like asking questions meant I wasn’t committed to the company. A healthy workplace should encourage people to seek clarification, not make them feel guilty for doing so. The recruitment process painted a very positive picture of the company, but once I’d started, it felt like I was quickly forgotten as the focus shifted to recruiting the next group of new hires. The support and enthusiasm shown before joining simply disappeared. It also came across that the company puts a strong emphasis on image, with many of its social media posts prominently featuring attractive women, which gave me the impression that appearances are prioritised as part of the company’s branding. , I left feeling that employees are viewed as replaceable rather than valued. If you’re considering working here, I’d encourage you to ask detailed questions about the working hours,

Pros

Contract position was good, pay was good.

Cons

The recruiters relentlessly pursued me up until I started the contract. Then they became difficult to reach. It took me reaching out multiple times to get paid - I wasn't paid for 4-6 weeks after I started the role. The actual job logistics were unclear (travel, timesheets, etc.) and handled by the company I worked with instead of Enzo. I was "guaranteed" a contract-to-hire multiple times, in writing and over the phone, only to find out the company won't hire full-time months down the line. This is a significant amount of income lost via PTO, insurance, and salary. Told "don't worry about it, we will handle it" by the recruiters when I expressed concerns with pay or otherwise, only to hear nothing back for weeks. The contracted job itself has been good - the company ultimately have solved most of the problems dilligently, without help from Enzo Tech. If you are a contractor considering a role via Enzo Tech, I highly caution you. If they make promises about the job, take these with a grain of salt. Their job is to get you hired so they can be paid, but after that you are unimportant. They treated me largely as a nuisance when I ask for clarity or assistance after getting hired.

Pros

Zero, nothing good to say

Cons

Offensive emails from your BD people, saying they 'cloned' one of our employees...the ethical stuff, using the word 'suck' and trying to be playful comes across as brash, unpolished and unprofessional and I would never work with this company.
