Pros
Everyone works at eye level with each other, which makes interaction enjoyable, which leads to real collaboration. Also remote work is possible and the working hours are flexible. As Enzo is a young InsurTech company, there are many exciting tasks and a lot of room for creativity and new ideas. And, there is plenty of room to learn and develop. It is exciting to experience and shape Enzo's process.
Cons
(I don't see a real Contra here.) Enzo is still in the development phase and is still growing. Therefore, one cannot expect a perfectly organised company. As a digital Startup, a lot of emphasis is placed on sustainability. Internally and in everyday office life, however, there is still room for improvement (Whining at a high level).
