8yI am sorry that you have had a negative experience working with Enzen.
We are going through a significant transformation currently involving the introduction of new structure, new reward and recognition structures, new management team, new and improved policies and benefits etc.
I am confident that the future will see improvements in the areas you have listed and I am personally committed to ensuring the change I know is possible will be realised, albeit it takes time, and will also take a change of mindset from existing employees.
I recognise that we can't please all people, but the changes we are going through should be seen as an opportunity for individuals to get involved and be part of that change. As with all change it takes time, and we encourage our employees to join us on the journey.
