      If you need a job and has not found one elsewhere and have negotiated a decent pay here.

      Cons

      For some reason they think by constantly providing negative feedback and very little positive feedback, people will be motivated. There is very little demonstrated appreciation for people. The motto is “you (all) suck, do better or else...”.

      Great team, great company! The management team is top notch, and the culture is rapidly improving.

      The company is very spread out geographically, so it can be difficult to get to know everyone

      Pros

      Enviva now has a leadership team that is committed to improving by providing the right resources for employees and facilities. The new culture being built is a 180 of what it was a few years ago.

      Cons

      Corporate support still sometimes out of touch with sites.
