      Newer Facilities tend to have Managers with no experience or are hired due to who they know. the hours you work and the way you rotate shifts every 2 weeks is rough.

      Enviva now has a leadership team that is committed to improving by providing the right resources for employees and facilities. The new culture being built is a 180 of what it was a few years ago.

      Toxic work environment, forced or made to feel guilty or inferior if you did not work 18 to 20 hours a day. I could go on and on.
