      1. An employee will have access to the principles of Venture Building and experience what it is like to be an entrepreneur 2. A "Dutch" style of working is encouraged, i.e. no sugar coating and being direct, being able to question positions of authority no matter the designation. 3. Pretty flat organisation in terms of heirarchy

      You will get paid by not doing anything and faffing during your weekly team calls

      Cons

      No growth, no accountability. The CEO just want to avoid responsibilities, let the entire company collapse, and live in a delusion that everything is going perfectly fine.
