This internship is an excellent opportunity for the next generation to see first-hand what is expected of them in terms of maturity, professionalism, and honesty. I sincerely hope that these admirable efforts to encourage young engineers will continue indefinitely. Expect a well-rounded, industry-focused education. You've been given complete authority and accountability. You'll meet a lot of people with different backgrounds and experience in the field. A higher understanding of the value of perfection and doing things correctly the first time. Character-building tasks and events instill bravery and put emotional endurance to the test. Cons
One of the difficulties is sales and marketing. Trainees will need to schedule meetings with departments in charge, such as purchasing, maintenance, and production, to explain the services offered by Envitech Engineering. To organize the work and interact with others, we had to step outside of our comfort zones. Another challenging aspect of this engineering education is project management. The trainer must comprehend the client's questions. The trainee must next deal with contractors and suppliers, providing all necessary yet accurate information such as equipment specs, site conditions, required measurements, and so on.
