Pros

Flexible working framework is great (you’re going to work a lot in this line of work regardless of where you go), remote work, more of a work-life balance compared to other companies, and they encourage you to grow in your career rather than keeping you stuck in one spot. The company has recently undergone a project to establish company values and seems to be responding very well to that. Proud to be an envisionary.

Cons

The salary is low compared to others on the market, they say to reach out to employee solutions for concerns but really they should understand that other companies are simply going to offer us more and they risk losing current employees that are not confrontational. Treat your employees good and give them what they’re worth without them needing to ask you, that’s how you keep loyal employees. The share scheme is nice but confusing at first. Benefits are expensive and get more expensive as your salary increases. Not many cons other than salary.

We often hear that our flexible working framework and remote work opportunities are one of the best benefits we offer our employees. We are glad you think so too! As noted in your review, we are conducting a salary benchmarking exercise that should address your concerns. Thank you for taking the time to write this review and please continue to share with us.

Pros

Unlimited PTO Remote work Flexible work hours

Cons

Future - they have no clue what direction to go in, and each leader had a new idea and restructured. Company instability - 5+ CEOs in 4 years Leadership - it's a running joke, no one stays, and the current leadership cares only about profit Lack of advancement - no advancement paths available Lack of promises - it's always raises next year, or bonuses next time. Overall I did enjoy my time there, but the current state of the company is a mess and I wonder if there is any real future. The technology side of things continues to be one wrong turn after another. And the revolving door of bland horrible CEOs does not help.
