The salary is low compared to others on the market, they say to reach out to employee solutions for concerns but really they should understand that other companies are simply going to offer us more and they risk losing current employees that are not confrontational. Treat your employees good and give them what they’re worth without them needing to ask you, that’s how you keep loyal employees.
The share scheme is nice but confusing at first.
Benefits are expensive and get more expensive as your salary increases.
Not many cons other than salary.
