      Pros

      Dr. Rose hires the best staff and creates an environment that encourages the staff to always be on their top game.

      Cons

      Dr. Rose does have a consultant that she listens to very carefully and sometimes follows their direction even though that direction may be better suited to a business in a very different part of the country.

      location, decent benefits and hours

      Cons

      After being a solid employee of this office for years without issue I made a claim of harassing behavior to the owner, Dr. Jaclyn Garlich, and was terminated the next day for "poor job preformance." That alone should tell you enough about the leadership here.
