Pros

Scott Fischer, the owner and manager of Envision Management, leads a pretty awesome professional office. He is very knowledgeable and easy going. When I started with envision I was a scatter brain going through a divorce and fixin to be a single mom. Scott actually listened when I spoke and helped me get to where I wanted to be with the help of his leaders. Alex, Adam, and Braxton lead me to strive for my true potential. They were open minded and truly cared about my well being and my success. After work I could call them and talk about my day. They gave me great feed back and helped me through many obstacles that I didn't always see that were holding me back. Scott always made sure we were up to date with all the information. Alex, Adam, and Braxton as well as Scott gave me the tools, knowledge, and training needed to succeed. Those guys are truly goal oriented and driven in enhancing others. They were and still are always learning, researching, networking, growing. The best part about all that is they are also awesome teachers and share all they know to help others. I quickly was comfortable with the people, position, and opportunity. It didn't take me long to know I could trust them all, and I made friendships with them all too. We would have company get together they were always a fun time to get to know each other outside of the office and stores. Being in store was a challenge some days, but all it took as a simple text or phone call to any of the guys. Each one of them, more than once, helped me get back on my feet. Being in store with them was fun and an awesome learning experience. Alex's smile and enthusiasm is contagious. Adam is so chill and fun loving, he always knew how to keep the pace. Braxton has such a kind nature, he'd help me keep things level when life would get to me. Scott possesses all of those quality as well, he has the knowledge that I still to this day wish I had. He was never cocky about it either plus he's willing shared that knowledge, which was nice. I was used to being belittled and look down upon in work atmospheres. None of the guys ever did that to me or anyone. I enjoyed how honest they were with me, and they were themselves. None of them ever put on a 'show' or fake persona. They never sugar coated the challenges either. Scott was very up front about the challenges of the position; the duties, tasks, hours, pay, bonus, etc. Cool part was that he helped me get past those challenges in a positive and encouraging way. So I bet your asking yourself, why am I still not working there. 5 words: my life outside of work. People hated I was not home every weekend and they thought I didn't have enough time with my daughter or for myself. I got tired of their constant belittling and I broke down and quit. I miss the office daily. I truly enjoyed getting up and getting dressed, going into office or store. I knew I was going to learn and work hard. Short story: I let my personal life win over the opportunity Scott put in my hands.

Pros

You are taught about sales and interacting with the customers. I was shown the areas that i need to improve on in order to be successful. I learned how to become more confident in myself when it comes to sales. The CEO worked with my school schedule so i was able to continue my degree path in school.

Cons

You hear a lot of negatives throughout the day, which can get you down, but you are taught to shake them off and move on to the next person
