Pros

There is nothing good to say.

Cons

Unprofessional. Just about every leader seems to have been promoted well past their abilities. Was told it was a hourly position but it is commission with a hourly pay. If you don’t make enough in donations to cover your pay you build a deficit. Training is a joke. Just papers provided to memorize and regurgitate on demand. You are valued by how much you get in donations. When asked how much of the donations actually make it to the fund shown a pie chart that was put together in 3 minutes 20 minutes after I asked. Full breakdown of downstream and public register unavailable. Defiantly not a not for profit company. It is a pyramid Scheme and they know it blankly trying to point out they aren’t at several of the “group “meeting”. Highest turnover rate I have ever seen.

Pros

I’ve gotten to grow in every way when it comes to a personal and business perspective. In a way I could never have thought a work place could help someone. There’s so much support as a team. Everyone truly wants to see every win which when i first started didn’t understand since it is a job. It’s rare that people get the chance to actually do what they love but I can truly say, I love my job. I love getting the opportunity to impact people lives.

Cons

You do have to put a lot of hours in eventually which means spending a little more time away from loved ones. Depending on the way you look at life this will or won’t be a con. Starting out i thought it was, but as i’ve grown in the business I really just see it as an investment for myself and my family. I have to be uncomfortable in order to break patterns so this time investment will be more than worth it in the end.

Pros

None. This is a complete mlm scam. Waste of time.

Cons

Avoid at all costs. 8/hr pay. "Leading" the charity events is standing out in the elements whether it's heat, rain or cold outside stores from 10 to 6, with at max an hour drive on your own dime with no reimbursement with a drive to the office for meetings stupid meetings that could be done over zoom for little more than an hour. Stores you "fundraise" at include liquor stores, Walmarts, fitness stores and other stores of like kind. About half of the time you do it with permission from the stores and half of the time you set up the events at stores without permission and have to sneakily do the event and get kicked off the property or have the police called. The pay is poor and predatory. It's commission based with poor percentage. They claim to use only 12% of the funds allocated by the charity for fundraising, which baffles me because why not use it all and pay more? Where does the rest of the money go? Don't be fooled by the team nights, basic pandering to string you along. Dress code is also stupid because you have to bring a change of clothes with you. You show up to the office in suits and business attire for an hour at most before changing into jeans and t shirt every day. Also do research on how much the CEOs make. Very interesting.
