The work benefits is all i would say.
Cons
The OM has no clue what to do but is entitled the senior PM picks up the OMs slack keeping her from scheduling and managing jobs properly, they also seem to prioritize the sales reps who get (10 percent commisions) over the ones who get it done, my work safety is something i worry about on a daily, until the regional managers and OMs are out, id stay far away.
