Pros
The employees are very smart people who are passionate about science. The work place is relaxed yet efficient. There is room for growth; however, sometimes that may involve relocating. This is a place people get to and stay for a longggg time due to its peacefulness.
Cons
For the N.C. area I think the cola should be increased, housing in that area is quite ridiculous.
