Pros
Dedicated employees. Lots of cross-disciplinary work. Room for creativity. Always learning. A lot of teamwork - the projects almost always rely upon many people working and thinking together.
Cons
It is a hierarchical organization, even when full of collaboration and even though there are many great opportunities for new employees to make a difference and to have room to be creative. Current political leadership may be an issue.
