Ability to work remotely. Ability to travel. Company is a global leader in plant digitization. Health care reimbursement program. Culture is upbeat and inclusive. The people are warm and welcome. The company is always focused on finding a better way to serve its customers. High energy, tech-focused.

No company provided benefits (401K, health care, etc…). The company is a contractor, so job security is based on company sales performance. Constant travel for project personnel. Small company, so roles and responsibilities tend to overlap across positions.

Over the past year, the leadership team (Eric Allen and Shane Kling) have made several improvements at Ei; from increasing employee benefits and work compensation packages to reforming the company structure, thereby making Ei a lucrative place to work at. I've personally experienced Eric and Shane go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of their employees.

You need to be a self-starter and take initiative when it comes to working at Ei. Things are not going to be handed down to you. I see this as a positive though, as it helps you grow both personally and professionally.
