Great mission-driven organization with room for growth - Community Outreach Coordinator Environmental Defence Employee Review

At environmental Defence there is a very good work environment. As well as flexible hours that are able to work with my schedule and balance well. The office location is very central and convenient to get to.

The only con is that the office space is not fully accessible for wheelchair access, there is elevator access in the building but since it is older there is no accessibility from the main floor level. Also it is a small work space with limited desks.

Flexible hours, hardly any overtime work, very relaxed management

The biggest focus of the organization is communications and media presence and they are very good at it. There is little teamwork spirit and most of the staff seems to be wanting to go elsewhere after gaining a couple of years experience.
