      Everyone seems to only work 8 hour days. Generally the people are nice. Social events and working in the office are voluntary.

      Cons

      Pay isn't as good as other companies. Little room for growth with the company.

      Great environment. Clear KPIs. Great management. Everyone is friendly and professional and willing to help each other

      small company so there's not a lot of opportunities for promotion, unless a senior staff member leaves
