      Opportunities for progression and movement with the agency. Good flexibility.

      Cons

      Busy, lots of contractors/consultants seconded in. Lots of staff churn and often end up taking on work above your pay grade. Senior Staff (EDT) leadership dont seem to to underatand real work pressures or appreciate restriction from underresourcing.
