      1. Great management team that are down to earth where you can talk with them about anything. 2. Employee owned company. This is huge!!! 3. Great project opportunities in multiple vertical markets. 4. Family atmosphere around the office. 5. Opportunity for growth in all positions. 6. No micromanagement. Great place for self-starters.

      Besides not being closer to my house, none!

      Pros

      Knowledge leader, not afraid of getting their hands dirty. You get to learn a little bit af every aspect of the process from install to project management to graphics to programming.

      Cons

      Sometimes can be a little over whelming.

      There was no micro-management from leadership.

      Cons

      The company wasn’t very sure of its identity, so it let people who had product knowledge become leaders rather than those who knew how to lead.
