EnviroMerica Response
7y3-7-19
Dear Job Seeker,
In response to this person's derogatory comments, I must relay the following statements and facts about our company to all individuals reading these reviews in hopes of finding a good company to work for:
It is so sad to see angry individuals who are so vindictive. This individual, who had only worked for us for a few months, and was obviously not the right fit, and was subsequently let go, had to resort to fabricating lies in order to justify their own failures as an individual instead of taking personal responsibility for their actions or lack thereof.
In response to the false accusations written above I must state some facts about EnviroMerica that anyone can verify:
First of all, we are a 20-year-old healthcare consulting firm providing Regulatory Compliance, Medical Waste, and IT Managed Services to healthcare organizations nationwide. Our headquarters are in Los Altos, CA with additional Bay Area office in San Jose, one in Fresno, one in Rocklin, and one in Reno, NV. We will also be opening three new office, one in Scottsdale, Az, one in Palm Springs, CA, and one in Boise, ID in the next two months.
If that is not enough evidence of our success, we were also chosen in a vetting process as the Exclusive Vendor of Choice for California Medical Association (2nd largest in the nation with over 40,000 members) since 2013 (see CMA Letter on www.enviromerica.com). We were selected to be the best among 5 different companies, one of which was a publicly traded $9 billion firm. We were selected after an extensive and successful interview with many of our clients. This validates our good reputation among Physicians in CA. We currently service over 3,000 healthcare facilities nationwide.
As for me personally, anyone can search my name on LinkedIn and Facebook and see that I have over 10,000 friends, followers and connections (many of whom know me and my family intimately) that do not think I am a "self-absorbed ego maniac". I also teach at UC San Francisco Dental School annually since 2014 as a guest lecturer.
As far as IT, we do have an IT department with 3 IT technicians currently in house and an IT partner company with 9 technicians that are at our disposal anytime we need to deploy someone to a client’s site. We are also hiring 3 new IT technicians and Systems Engineers in house in the next few months as our national expansion continues.
Now about our personal lives. My wife and I have been married for over 20 years and have a 16-year-old daughter who just finished High School and now enrolled in college (at 16) and an 11-year-old son who was born with Down Syndrome. His challenges both mentally and physically throughout the years, has brought us closer than ever as a family more than anything else. We also are involved in many community services and support many charitable causes throughout the year both individually and corporately.
On the spiritual side of things, we are not "fundamentalist" Christians contrary to what someone else had labeled us as but rather ordinary Christians who believe and follow Christ as our Lord and savior and most importantly as our role model. Having said that, we have two Muslims, two atheists and one Hindu working for us for many years and we respect them and never impose our beliefs to them in anyway shape or form.
We currently have 4 full-time employees and 4 independent contractors, 2 attorneys and 1 CPA on payroll not including my wife and me. We also work with three strategic partners in IT, Medical Waste and Software development. One employee has been with us for almost 4 years, two for almost 3 years, two for over 1 year, and three were hired less than 6 months ago. We welcome anyone to come here and interview them instead of listening to these negative reviews.
As for my wife and me at work, no one can deny that when husbands and wives work together (not recommended) for 20 years, there is always a chance of disagreements in the day to day operations and decision making. This dynamic has brought many good things as well as some tensions at times. But one thing for sure is that we do not disrespect one another nor any of our employees intentionally and if we have ever done so, we were not aware of such moments. As for writing reviews, yes, we have asked our employees each to write a review so that others could see the truth, but never asked them to lie or to write a positive review if it wasn't truthful.
As for our "vision" I must say that we are growing faster than ever predicted especially since we have launched our Franchise division. Since our first official Franchise Presentation on Sept 29th, 2018 have sold 10 franchises to date. This was our first year's goal and we achieved it in just 5 months. Our next 3-5-year goal is to start 100 franchises doing at least $1,000,000 in annual revenue and we are on track to reach this goal within 3 years. If this sounds like a "Pyramid Scheme" to anyone then so be it. Everything that I am mentioning here are verifiable facts for anyone who wants to come and see the truth for themselves.
In conclusion, we invite anyone interested in a position with our firm to come, see, and hear the truth for themselves from our existing staff, partners, vendors, and clients, instead of angry X-employees whom we had to let go unfortunately. That's all.
Best Regards,
Julian Goduci, CEO
