Pros
The training was alright. I was new to this industry, so I needed the training to understand how I could contribute.
Cons
The deadlines at this company were too hard to handle. It seemed all I did was chase one deadline after another. It was extremely exhausting and stressful and required me to work brutally long hours. The management had an arrogant attitude. They didn't utter a word of appreciation for the hard workers like me. There were no additional perks, either. So, we handled the terrible workloads for nothing. What a shame!
