      Pros

      The pay is much better than it used to be. The benefits are good and on par. Nice yearly bonuses that adjust with business performance. The general workforce are really good people. Employee activities are more frequent and improved. Overall feel of the company is much more improved.

      Cons

      Pay could be a bit better but they are activity addressing. Facilities are run down in areas but are activity addressing that too. Don't always have the best equipment for the job. Health insurance could be better.

      Pros

      the people at envirologix are a talented and family oriented group. Extremely collaborative and helpful at every job level. Fast growing company with a lot of growth opportunity.

      Cons

      entry level pay is below normal but with experience you will be compensated. might be growing too fast hard to stay fully staffed.

      Good parking and OK pay for the area.

      Cons

      No forward looking plans for the future. Probably lost a chunk of their business as a result of a lack of or poor planning.
