      Pros

      Coworkers were the main reason I hung on for as long as I did. The work I did which wasn't part of the grand plan was interesting and fulfilling.

      Cons

      The interesting work wasn't turned into a profit, and was cut down quite a bit. The amount of stress you're put through is not warranted for an agriculture trait detection company. Too much over-promising and under-delivering - which is the reason why all the Big Projects ultimately failed.

      Pros

      the people at envirologix are a talented and family oriented group. Extremely collaborative and helpful at every job level. Fast growing company with a lot of growth opportunity.

      Cons

      entry level pay is below normal but with experience you will be compensated. might be growing too fast hard to stay fully staffed.

      Good parking and OK pay for the area.

      Cons

      No forward looking plans for the future. Probably lost a chunk of their business as a result of a lack of or poor planning.
