      Cons

      Unprofessional management. Laziness in every district I am unfortunate enough to have to go to. If you want to move up in this company, you have to be lazy and incompetent. If you work hard, the lazy ones (including management) will push you out.

      Can listen to music while working I loved cleaning the Grant middle school ❤️

      Cons

      Low pay No recognition or reward for doing well Toxic work environment constant complaining Nothing changes. Cade makes promises to school distract than puts extra work on front line workers with out asking them and with no pay increase.
