Take note, there are a few division for this company but recently the most profitable one was sold, hence the remaining division are taken over by the owner's son who is a facts and figure guy instilling the typical overall china-man culture that focuses on cost cutting. Suitable for those that understand what is mind over matter. Highly encouraged for those that are not looking to evolve and just want to get paid and buzz off with no strings attached.

Beyond comfort zone is an understatement for existing employee hence why new joiner come and go ever so often. A Production that don't produce product (only mixing ready materials and heavy lifting) rule by a unmarried narcissist with questionable leadership, skills, knowledge but un-questionable favoritism, self-patronizing old dry snake. Meanwhile other staff does masterchef on a daily basics in an un-ventilated hazardous and ill equipped compact pantry causing the entire floor smelling like a kitchen. Chances are every person that is carrying a higher position or title lacks governance, professionalism and maturity, raising concerns about their capability. Unrealistic top down management. Insufficient efficiency business operations with helpless software and double work due to the sake of doing.
