      Pros

      Highly accomplished team that has built an AI platform that is analyzing substantial volumes of remotely sensed data every year to detect safety and reliability issues affecting powerlines and pipelines. Legacy methods in the industry required considerable manual data manipulation. Infrastructure operators therefore receive insights that are an order of magnitude faster than previous approaches and a higher quality product. This has made routine use of remote sensing for infrastructure monitoring a reality. Enview has already accomplished a huge amount and has fantastic future potential.

      Cons

      The company has very high standards when it comes to the caliber of staff that are recruited, so the interview process is not a walk in the park.

      1) Highly intelligent, empathetic, understanding, driven, hardworking team. 2) Flexible work hours 3) Team works from home one day a week 4) Food a)Healthy snacks. b) Frequent out of the office lunches - no nice to get out and about c) In office food & beverages. Team very accommodating to requests d) Full kitchen to cook when wanting to. 5) Fair salary & options 6) Complete ergonomic workstation 7) No over reaching or dogmatic managers. Team works through any issues seemlesslly. 8) Two week sprint cycles 9) Many outside advisors used for specific specialized knowledge

      Cons

      1) Lots and lots of work to do - we're a driven crew - not a place for a slacker or someone wanting to coast. 2) We're growing and need more staff
