Pros

The market Enviance is in can be inspiring. There are some really quality people to work with, but not in the leadership..

Cons

Overall, I can not recommend Enviance.. there are a lot of negatives to consider: - Leadership is a bit quirky with strange office politics (each member of the management team has a different alpha personality that does not mesh well with each other in many circumstances). - Nearly 100% reactive model for development/resource allocation; no established process or quality documentation to draw on - Majority of customers/partners are not happy with Enviance. Alarming amount of account/relationship triage - The Enviance technology platform is not getting better anytime soon: - Poor leadership and vision - The platform UI is very very dated and there is no consistency - Very hard platform to implement/use by customers (and employees) - Services are very expensive and every account needs a lot of hours to implement/maintain

Pros

This was the best job I ever had. My boss was great, the interdepartmental collaboration was amazing, and everyone really cared about the success and happiness of everyone else.

Cons

The company was acquired by another company.

Pros

Fantastic people who are fun to work with, excellent at their jobs, and a great source of learning opportunities. New management has set forth a clear and consistent strategy that has a chance to be successful. Many jobs are available remotely, so depending on what you want to do you may be able to work from anywhere. Product on the upswing.

Cons

Lots of change recently due to acquisition that is mostly an improvement but being done at a very fast pace. Improvements from new management are great, but there are some challenges in maintaining the close-knit family feel that made the company fun to work at for years. Years of under-performance have left a big hill to climb.
