Pros

India team and management are excellent Knowledgeable and approachable BSA, senior developers and architects Remote work and facilities Collaborative teams and culture in the India office

Cons

Top level leadership has little connect about the reality of the work being done. More focus on numbers and charts and metrics instead of the actual quality or depth of work done. This tends to affect work, team morale and collaboration as getting the job done is not given as much as importance as displaying perfect numbers. Lots of new procedures and flows dictating work procedures are implemented suddenly without inviting much open discussion from those impacted. Micromanagement can bring up difficulties in working and a micromanagement from a leadership level without much understanding of the grassroot level coding and development causes a huge gap.

Pros

Great culture and team. The new management is really good and are invested in our growth and lots of investment in technology and product. I see a lot of opportunities to grow.

Cons

Keeping the Chicago office would have been nice, understand most of the employee choose to work remote and no one is going to office that often.

Pros

Great work life balance, good benefits, the senior leadership has a solid growth plan. Overall good company with great people.

Cons

It’s seems that some of the more tenured people and leaders don’t want to evolve to support growth and shift in company culture. This can be demotivating.
