People are wonderful. They take very good care of their staff. Management has a real heart when it comes to their employees. They really do care about the customer, and by and large do a great job for their customers

Like every company they have some policies and procedures that are outdated. It's not an outwardly focused culture, and if you're on the front lines, you're going to experience a little frustration in the reaction to market forces (but that's true at most companies). In fact, in general it's a great place to work
