      Pros

      Salary was good £24k a year starting salary for a process engineer.

      Cons

      In the time I was there the company hadn't long had a new company director who was ruthless to say the least. Sacking people left right and centre as soon as he got the chance. He made a lot of decisions that weren't in his area of expertise. The whole company was very unstructered with unclear job roles and management system.

      Pros

      Great maintenance team there, I worked there 10 months and I could work with anyone across the teams. All great lads. I really enjoyed my time here, I would stay permanently but it's too far away for me. There's a good atmosphere amongst the production guys and I am sorry to leave the place.

      Cons

      For me the night shifts were difficult travelling as I live 38 miles away from the plant
