Decent hours if you're ok with no holidays off

No bonuses although new company has perform ed exceptionally well. They'd rather pocket their employees hard work and effort. Used to be a decent company to work for. Once the new company and company heads came on board, company went from ok to subpar. No respect from leadership, lack of knowledge, and new hires have no experience for the job as they're being hired by the family members and buddies.

If you have the skillset needed, there is opportunity to make a name for yourself.

Global economic instability tightens wallets. Development is a self-tracked performance metric matched with self-implemented development goals. There is no effort placed into professional growth outside of what you are able to provide or source for yourself if you work in the plant. Different story for those with an office or cubicle. If you work production/manufacturing, it is 24/7. If you hire in now, you will be on night shift until a day shift position opens up--which could be several years.
