      It is a new company combining 2 big global engineering materials company. So it is one of top few Global Materials supplier

      Cons

      It is part of private equity group so may be numbers and bottom line matters more than anything else as they look for returns more critically than a privately owned company

      Decent hours if you're ok with no holidays off

      Cons

      No bonuses although new company has perform ed exceptionally well. They'd rather pocket their employees hard work and effort. Used to be a decent company to work for. Once the new company and company heads came on board, company went from ok to subpar. No respect from leadership, lack of knowledge, and new hires have no experience for the job as they're being hired by the family members and buddies.
