      Normal SME company. You can start work and knock off at project site at your own timing, if you have nothing much to do.

      Cons

      Belong to Sweden company. When staff leave, no proper handover to next guy to takeover. The Sweden management will criticize the staffs unfairly and bias remarks without understanding the situation.
