      Management and proceses are so utterly innefective and cripple the ability of people across the company to excecute their own work. So we make it work in spite of it not because of it.

      Pros

      Great colleagues from around the world making the office a truly international environment. When doing your job, you feel you are contributing to something great.

      Cons

      In admin positions there are very little room for development unless you have a background in ATS. Salaries for admin staff is under the average for similar positions in Sweden.
